Message	conditions: 1) idle 2) crusing at low rpms and low vac. Some people mention how EGR runs @ WOT, I'm 99% sure that is not the case. So any drop in temps would only be associated with low rpm/load situations. I don't see a problem except for SMOG. I highly doubt you can pass without it. BTW, Milo you could have jsut bent the tubes out of the way and blocked off the ports. I don't think there is a problem leaving the EGR tubes open if you have disconnected the EGR solenoid. -JokerF15
